Ilkeston and Kimberley Sub Aqua Club Supports The Air Ambulance

Last night IKSAC held its Annual Awards Night. This year we chose to raise funds and show our support for our local Air Ambulance, a cause close to our heart. As divers we hope we never need their services and help but many divers and non-divers lives are saved by this incredible service every year.

IKSAC would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated items towards our raffle and auction. A special thank you for their generosity and kindness goes to our our local dives shops, Adam Wood at Divemaster Scuba in Nottingham, James Parsons at Go Dive in Derby and Ian Kirby and Adam Smith at SDS Watersports in Sheffield who helped us raise £1,131.50. Thank you as always to our local clubhouse the Gate Inn at Awsworth for the room and fantastic food as always on the night. Eastwood Hall and the Beauty Retreat.

Great entertainment from the brilliant singers Another Dimension who generously sing for free for charitable events like this.

Last but not least, all the IKSAC members and committee for making the night such a success.
